Born on the 3th of January 1957.
A graduate of the "Gheorghe Dima" Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca (1980), currently teaches percussion and chamber music at the Bucharest Music University.
A founder member of the Cluj-Napoca Percussion Ensemble, he has been a member of the Ensemble "Archaeus" since 1985 and director of the "GAME" Percussion Ensemble since 1995.
