Technical description

Was opened a square (C4) with the dimensions of (C4: 5 x 5m) for the research of the north side of the gothic apsis of the church, and a section (S1) with the dimensions (S1: 2 x 9 m ) for verifying the precincts wall of the church with the entrance gate (?).

Results

As a result of the archaeological researches was discovered : the foundation of the altar of the gothic church, three levels of pavement also belonging to the gothic church, 37 graves (two of them with inventory – coins of « Maximilian, Rudolf II », earrings, buttons etc. –), found inside of the apsis, outside of the church, outside of the precincts wall and part of the bones put in an ossuary arranged in a room stuck against the precincts wall « it’s very likely that with the occasion of building the precincts wall the bones from the graves disturbed by the construction were put altogether and buried again in this room researched partially by us ». After this research we can affirm that the polygonal apsis (gothic) of the church was built in the first half of the XV th century, and the precincts wall of the church at the beginning of the XVI th century. The research should be continued in several points of the precincts wall, also on the north-west side of the church and of course are needed some sections outside of the precincts wall for verifying the possible traces of dwellings.
